IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• International Orders: Orders placed outside the UK (including Ireland/Northern Ireland) may incur additional customs or import taxes upon delivery. Buyers are responsible for these charges. I am not liable for customs delays.

• Shipping & Packaging: Prints are shipped via Royal Mail and sent flat, wrapped in cellophane and tissue, with a hard backing for protection. International orders will include tracking.

• Processing Time: Due to order-on-demand production and hand-signing/embellishing, orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive in the UK, with longer delivery times for international orders.

• Returns & Exchanges: I accept returns and exchanges if the buyer covers return postage costs. If the print is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If there is an issue with your print, please contact me.
